You’ll be guided into a comfortable, restful position before the sound bath begins. The session invites you to relax deeply as the sounds and vibrations wash over you, creating space for rest, release, and restoration. Each experience is unique — some people feel deeply relaxed, others notice subtle shifts in energy or awareness. There is no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath.
Sound baths are often experienced as calming and restorative. They may help to:
Everyone’s experience is unique. You may feel deeply relaxed, sleepy, emotionally released, or simply calm. Some people notice physical sensations such as warmth or gentle tingling, while others just enjoy resting. I do advise wearing comfortable, warm clothing that allows you to fully relax while lying down. Layers are recommended as body temperature can drop during deep relaxation.
That’s perfectly normal. There’s no need to do anything — simply notice the sounds and gently bring your attention back whenever you remember. You’ll be gently guided with grounding techniques and positive affirmations to help you settle back into relaxation. As with any practice, the more you return to it, the easier and more natural it becomes over time.

Nishma Delaney is a passionate sound healer and creative practitioner dedicated to creating calm, supportive spaces for rest, restoration, and connection. Her journey with sound began during a transformative retreat in the jungles of Costa Rica in 2023, where she first experienced the profound impact that sound and vibration can have on the body and mind.
Since then, Nishma has trained deeply with a range of sound healing instruments, discovering those that resonate most with her intention to support others in gentle, meaningful ways. She has shared small 1:1 sound baths and now brings that experience into community offerings designed to help people slow down, release tension, and experience deep relaxation.
With a heart-led approach rooted in presence and compassion, Nishma blends intention, sound, and space-holding to guide participants into a calm and restorative experience. She believes that sound can help create a moment of pause — a chance to reconnect with yourself and others in community.
Whether you’re new to sound healing or familiar with holistic practices, Nishma’s sessions are welcoming, inclusive, and grounded in genuine care.
