Our Vision
A blissful half-day retreat set in the idyllic countryside—an opportunity to meet new people in the community and reconnect with nature.
Throughout the afternoon, there will also be gentle guidance and supportive discussions around symptoms, feelings, and any questions you may have about this next stage of life—held in a safe and nurturing space.

Where: Box Moor Trust Old Barn, London Road, HP1 2RF
Please note: This is not the building close to London Road. The Old Barn is located near Westbrook Hay School, up a long drive.
Price:
£70 per person | £60 per person when booking for two
What to wear:
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
What to bring:
A water bottle
(Optional) Your own yoga mat if you prefer
All yoga equipment, art materials, tea, and homemade cake will be provided. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements so we can accommodate you.

Your Hosts
Maria has been teaching yoga for over 11 years and is also a self-published author. Nishma brings more than 18 years of experience teaching art and has recently trained as a sound healing practitioner.
Our journey began when Nishma, pregnant with her first child, attended one of Maria’s classes in Boxmoor—and as they say, the rest is history!
We are both deeply passionate about what we do and welcome everyone into our space with open hearts. xxx
