Pilates & Art: A Mindful Afternoon

Join us for an afternoon of mindful movement and creativity, in collaboration with Berkhamsted Pilates and Mindful Artbox.

Begin with a Pilates session designed to release tension and connect mind and body, followed by a creative, guided watercolour workshop.
