PRE-TEENS & TEEN RESET DAY: The 2026 Glow Up

Our Reset Day is more than an event; it's a vital toolkit designed to help your child navigate the school year with balance and focus.

This retreat is open to pre-teens (ages 10–12) & Teens (age 13+). We know these age group deal with pressure, and it’s a wonderful opportunity for siblings to bond while focusing on their wellbeing together. ❤️ 

Held in the welcoming sanctuary of BAY YOGA Studio , this special mini-retreat moves from high energy to deep relaxation, offering practical, accessible tools to combat stress and screen burnout.

• A Safe Space: A non-intimidating, fun environment to practice movement, no experience needed!
• Essential Tools: Take-home techniques for stress management and better focus in class. 
• Body Awareness: Focused sessions to tackle 'Tech Neck' and improve posture.
• Mindful Creation: The Tree of Life - An explorative watercolour session to ground positive intentions
• Glow up: Winter Skincare Lab with Natural Self-Care & Hands on workshop on mixing and applying simple, natural, hydrating face masks 
• Healthy Snacks & Matcha bar.

They’ll come for the Glow Up, but they’ll stay for the feeling of peace and control.
