Sip N Paint, a creative, fun and relaxed evening suitable for all abilities. You are guided through a painting or feel free to express your individuality, by creating a bespoke painting. You can choose from an array of worksheets laid out and support from expert guidance, to elevate your inner artist!

About Mindful Artbox
Mindful Artbox grew from a simple belief — that creativity should feel joyful, accessible, and nourishing. It’s a space where art is about expression, not perfection, and where people of all ages are encouraged to explore, connect, and create.
Based across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire, Mindful Artbox offers inspiring, hands-on art experiences including relaxed Sip N Paint sessions, bespoke creative workshops, children’s art parties, and holiday art camps. We also deliver tailored events for corporate teams, PTAs, and community groups.
Founded by an artist and qualified art teacher with over 18 years of experience, Mindful Artbox is shaped by a deep understanding of creative development from Nursery to A-Level. Every session is designed to meet you where you are, build confidence, and celebrate your unique creative voice.
Alongside workshops, we create commissioned artwork — from murals and illustrations to framed paintings — bringing creativity into both public and private spaces.
With an Art Specialist degree and experience in sound healing, Mindful Artbox is growing into immersive creative retreats and private hire experiences, blending art and sound to support wellbeing, connection, and the simple joy of creating.
