About Mindful Artbox
Hi, I'm Nishma Delaney, founder of Mindful Artbox, and I believe creativity should feel joyful, accessible and restorative. After more than 18 years as a qualified art teacher and nine years leading a successful Art Department, I created Mindful Artbox to help people of all ages discover the confidence, connection and wellbeing that creativity can bring.
Today, Mindful Artbox works with individuals, families, schools, charities and businesses, creating memorable creative experiences that bring people together. Based across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, I deliver Sip N Paint events, mindful art workshops, children's parties, holiday art camps, corporate experiences, creative retreats and bespoke wellbeing events.
What makes Mindful Artbox unique is the blend of art and sound. As an Art Specialist and qualified sound healer, I combine creative workshops with gentle sound grounding sessions and immersive sound baths, helping people slow down, reconnect and enjoy the process of creating. Every experience is designed to be welcoming, inspiring and focused on expression rather than perfection.
Alongside workshops, I also create commissioned artwork, including murals, illustrations and original paintings for homes, businesses and community spaces.
My mission is simple: to create meaningful experiences where creativity supports wellbeing, builds confidence and leaves people feeling calmer, connected and inspired.
