I demonstrate a step by step and encourage you to paint what you feel or are inspired by. I also provide worksheets examples and my paintings, for a closer look. This allows YOU the range of options, which my Mindful Artbox artists love, as there is something for everyone! This is a safe creative space to create bespoke artwork and learn new techniques.

Welcome to Mindful Artbox!
We specialise in creative art events across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire. Our offerings include bespoke art workshops, like our popular unique Sip N Paint sessions, tailored for corporate events, PTA gatherings, and other celebrations. Additionally, we provide art party packages and holiday art camps for children. As an artist at heart, I am passionate about creating personal exhibitions and commissions, which recently include murals, illustrations, and framed painted artwork.
The vision for Mindful Artbox has been a seedling that has flourished over many years. As the founder, I have been an art teacher for 18 years, serving as Head of Department for 9 years. My experience spans both independent and state sectors, teaching a wide age range from Nursery to A-Level. This journey has allowed me to explore various materials and cultivate each pupil's individual talent through our art classes.
We lean into your energy and nurture your artistic talents, while teaching you new techniques to build your confidence. With my extensive teaching experience and an art specialist degree, I am excited to expand our creative retreats and private hire options, allowing more individuals to engage with the art they love.
